Robyn + Megan will explain their social management process, answer any questions you might have, and highlight what is needed to get started. They’ll then send a social questionnaire.

The next step is a custom proposal. Once it’s been approved and e-signed, they will audit and optimize your accounts and prepare your initial social strategy, style guide, and calendar.

Once the initial steps are wrapped up, Robyn + Megan will dive into daily management. Content will be scheduled a week at a time and they will begin to monitor your accounts activity.

Going Forward

Robyn + Megan will continue to monitor and respond to comments and will provide a monthly analytics report. They will also invoice for their services at the end of every month.
