- All packages include page design for the included amount of pages.
- For collection-type pages, such as Blogs, Events, Portfolios, E-Commerce we include the first 3 items unless otherwise agreed upon. Pricing to load in additional items is based on our hourly rate or discounted retainer rate.
- We include a custom 404 page.
- We provide art direction including imagery recommendations, graphic creation, and stock imagery curation.
- We include copyediting and guidance.
- We will setup and/or integrate add-on functionality based on the selected package. Add-on functionality includes things like e-mail marketing, scheduling software, e-commerce, and member areas. Additional setup and/or integration can be added upon request for an additional fee.
- We include basic search engine optimization, including following Squarespace's SEO checklist.
- We provide a guided onboarding experience with welcome meeting, intake questionnaires, and guided content submission.
- As launch approaches, we also provided access to a recorded resource library of videos, along with email support and access to premium support (customized videos, ongoing website management, etc.)
- Full-service copywriting is an add-on fee.

  - These fees are negotiable if copywriting is only needed for certain pages.
- Squarespace hosting and domain fees.
- Fees for any Squarespace add-ons or third-party software for additional functionality (email marketing, scheduling, membership areas, etc.)
- Website legalese including but not limited to privacy policy, terms and conditions, and e-commerce policies. We are happy to point you in the direction of our favourite free templates and paid policy plugin providers.
- E-commerce setup, in full, is an additional cost. We are happy to design a landing page and 3 product pages as one of our included integrations, however there would be an add-on fee for setup and support finalizing e-commerce settings.
Timeline
- Based on our average client's needs, a Startup or Signature website will typically be completed in 4 weeks once client homework is completed. VIP websites tend to take longer, particularly for larger organizations, with a 8 week+ turnaround time depending on client communication.
- We recommend setting aside 1-2 weeks to complete any needed client homework (answering questionnaire, submitting content, etc.). You are also welcome to add-on a copywriting package at this time if needed.
- If branding or copywriting are added during this homework period, the website timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
- We do also have a rush fee for situations where clients need their project completed quicker than our average turnaround time and faster than our noted availability. We are happy to provide this fee upon request.
Payment Structure
- We currently have a 25/50/25 structure.
- 25% is a non-refundable deposit due upon accepting a proposal to reserve your project.
- 50% is due upon receiving your homepage concept and before the rest of our work commences.
- The final 25% is due upon completion of deliverables.
- In certain circumstances we may offer a 50/50 structure or extended payment plan upon request.
